With less than a handful of EPs under her belt, she just returned from her first solo headlining tour which saw sold out shows across the board.

Having gotten her start in music as a local DJ in her hometown of Niagara Falls, she was still a teen when she decided that production was the path she would take. After studying sound design extensively at home and psychology as an aid to her creative process, her experimentation, dedication and hard work have paid off in paving a way for a long career ahead as a producer of downtempo soundscapes.

With a strong vision and no two ways about it, REZZ’s headstrong decisiveness is arguably the key to her success so far. She began to build a following on Soundcloud with a series of free releases which in a short time inevitably caught the ears of EDM golden boys Skrillex and Deadmau5, who helped bring her out to the masses with near back-to-back releases of a three-track ‘Insurrection EP’ on OWSLA’s The Nest imprint in 2015, followed by the ‘Serenity EP’ via mau5trap in 2016.

Fast-forward to now, Rezz is getting ready to serve up her full-length debut album titled ‘Mass Manipulation’ on mau5trap. Brimmed with innovative singles and collaborations that consistently instill the menacing soundscapes Rezz is known for, the album truly showcases her forward thinking mentality, which she has instilled, in the very core of Rezz. With the album having received critical acclaim from both fans and the media alike even before the release, she had this to say – “Mass Manipulation' is a commentary on how easily our minds can become manipulated by the things we consume in society. We consume heavily through the media, which, in turn, tries to curate our thoughts and dictate how we as humans are supposed to live and behave. This album plays off this idea and invites people to become hypnotized, allowing their brains to be manipulated by my music in the hope they might see things through a new perspective (perhaps an outer world viewpoint). One where everyone is free from the unrealistic expectations planet earth has drawn for them. A world of acceptance and hypnosis.”

Since running laps through festival circuits around the world including a massive Mass Manipulation World Tour set to embark in September, her ever-evolving and idiosyncratic electro sound and work ethic is only getting stronger. With the full-length album scheduled to drop in August and a 48-date headlining tour in tow, REZZ is on track and gearing full steam ahead for her biggest year yet.
