The atmospheric track begins with a soft, subtle melody before the melodious singing enters and takes up the majority of the sonic space. The sinuously resonant vocal is quickly accompanied by shimmering synths, a catchy beat, and a beautifully flowing rhythm. The lusciously romantic nature of the lyrics are perfectly paired with its lightheartedly dreamy nature and overall feel-good tone. Garnering support ahead of the release, 'Cosmos' was previously featured on electronic act Slow Magic's podcast series, Playdate, earlier this year. Neil Sethi is a rising Indian-American dance music talent who began crafting tunes back in 2017, his first being ‘Before It Gets Dark (Unfold Me)’ featuring vocalist Michelle Lu. After three successful single releases that year, the San Francisco-based artist would later go on to release his debut EP ‘Imaginary’ mid-August of 2018. A steady stream of singles and a 7-track sophomore EP, 2019’s ‘Color Dreams’, directly followed. The dynamically versatile DJ/producer has consistently polished his unique signature sound release-after-release, with his latest otherworldly-sounding original electro-pop production serving as his most innovative musical endeavor to-date.
