Serge Devant

Serge Devant developed his insatiable taste for electronic music during the 1990’s explosion when DJs like Sasha, John Digweed, and Carl Cox were making waves around the world. As a resident of New York City, Serge was at the epicenter of America's renewed interest in dance music. Eager to be part of this movement, he began honing his craft at legendary nightclubs such as Tunnel and Crobar, where he wowed fans night after night with his compelling and dynamic sets. As his popularity quickly began to spread, Serge’s name became synonymous with some of the biggest acts and labels in the world, including the famed Ultra Records, with whom Serge signed a deal in 2009.  After releasing one of the year's most recognizable tracks, ‘Addicted’, Serge began touring the world and forging a name for himself across the globe.

However, after the wave of electronic dance music hit America, Serge felt uninspired and confused, which led him to a two-year hiatus. During this time he suffered a serious back injury, which forced him into a yearlong recovery. Rather than letting this bad accident ruin his spirits, Serge viewed it as a blessing in disguise. Utilizing this newfound downtime, he decided to refocus on his life’s passion and figure out what direction he wanted to take his new sound in. Now, he’s finally back with a brand new track ‘Fearing Love’ that is set to be released on Jamie Jones’ up and coming label ‘Emerald City’. The track will be coming out April 13th with a very special remix of Hot Creations honchos Jamie Jones and Lee Foss himself.
